This was our first time here and we stayed in a Gold caravan ( including our dogs) in Lakeview. It was lovely. Loved the lit Christmas tree on arrival. The wrap around balcony was great and perfect for our dogs as they could go outside and I didn't have to worry that they would escape! We enjoyed it that much that we have booked again to come back in May with the dogs in a Gold caravan again. I have though just been informed by phone that the caravan on Lakeview I had booked has been moved and no longer available but I am sure that the caravan we have been changed to will be just as lovely...I have faith !!! The only downside is that we will not be on Lakeview as booked. Allhallows is a lovely site.

Haven Festive Break - A Memorable Experience!

We booked a trip to Haven for my son’s 13th birthday and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We brought along my 5-year-old, my 13-year-old, and three of his friends. We stayed in a 3-bed silver caravan, and it was perfect for our group.

The caravan site itself was beautiful, especially with all the Christmas lights lighting up the area as we drove in – it really set the festive mood. The location of our caravan was fantastic, just a short walk to all the amenities, which made everything so convenient.

The caravan was clean and comfortable, providing a great base for our stay. My 5-year-old had a blast with all the entertainment – the crew worked tirelessly to put on amazing shows that he absolutely loved. My 13-year-old and his friends had the freedom they enjoyed and spent hours playing football.

The staff throughout our stay were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well-cared for. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and memorable stay. The kids had an incredible time.

Another great stay. Unit in good condition. Extremely clean. (I don't know how the brave cleaners manage, with how some customers leave their vans). Nicely decorated for Christmas. The lit tree in my unit was actually really nice. Lots to do. Nice walks. Cant wait for the park to take another giant leap in terms of facilities with the new, under construction, super pool.. Really raising their game at Kent coast. Thank you. Was bloomin` windy though, lol.

Had a great time. Overall couldn't fault the caravan. We didn't have water and electric only in half the van, but this was quickly rectified by the onsite maintenance and electrician. Drink prices were reasonable compared to London prices. I'm a bit old for the entertainment, although
the comedian was good. But that said it was am family Christmas weekend aimed at the children so we did expect this and it wasn't a problem. Our grandchildren loved it!
Only bad point was the length of time awaiting for food in the restaurant. Over an hour on a couple of occasions

Arrived to a free upgrade with a Xmas tree and twinkly lights in the living area . |Straight away that put a smile on our faces. Lovely caravan, clean, well equipped and huge! |Security team were lovely as we arrived late back by car at the park after nights out. Place felt secure. No time to try out the park facilities. Looked very Christmassy and the activities on offer good for adults or kids.

Very large site, much bigger than expected. Caravan clean but very basic, not as good as others used. All crockery and cutlery seemed to have a strange film on them so just washed 2 of each for our use! Bed so close to wall had trouble getting round it. No protectors on bed or pillows, sheet was so thin mattress was clear through it, dirty marks on it so turned it round. Asked reception re protectors and told don’t have them - strange, all other sites visited had them. No hand rail on steep steps so struggled to get up and down. Evening entertainment was a waste as only appeared to be for children; restaurant food basic but okay, not particularly clean in there. Realise end of season but should still provide amenities as stated. Would not go back here. Some good places to visit, Rochester, dockyards, Canterbury, small conservation zoo on road in.

Opened for Christmas for the first time so booked it earlier in the year. Had a great time as always. Caravan was clean and tidy and the Christmas tree they put up was a lovely touch. Very nice and friendly park. We have been returning to Kent Coast 2 or 3 times a year for a few years and we are hoping to purchase our own van on site in 2025.

Just home from a week at Haven Allhallows.
We had a Gold caravan, ideal as it has enclosed balcony for the dog. Caravan was lovely and very clean!
The site is very nice, lots for kids to do (at a price) you need to book swimming in advance as it was very busy.
Entertainment was great for kids too.
The park is set in a lovely quiet location on the Thames Estuary, you do have to travel if you want to explore as there's not much close by.
