Had a fabulous experience with headingley phone shop. Took my phone to get fixed elsewhere and they broke it in the process. Took it to this shop at a loss and he got it all up and running again within a few hours. Reasonably priced and he seemed like a very honest and genuine man

came in with phone not turning on, told to come back an hour later. come back and the young lad at the front says “sorry he’s not looked at it he’s been in toilet”. went on to wait another 20 mins to be told “we don’t know what’s wrong with it”. just been to another phone shop and was told it was a simple repair. stick to selling vapes

I thought they might have some idea what to do with a phone given their name. They do however have a big wall of vapes if you're into that -this maybe should have been the first red flag.
The staff were friendly enough and they were also quite alright with returning my money (again, probably not a great sign).

-Went in with a faulty usb port.
-They fixed that but broke my fingerprint sensor.
-Took it back, they fixed that but broke my antenna for phone signal.
-Took it back, they made the phone signal completely not work.

All of this took meant I was without a phone for about a week collectively. Some of that time I was waiting for the days that their 'engineer' was in. I probably would have done as much damage to the phone if i'd done it myself (for context, I don't work with electronics)
I'm currently trying to find somewhere else that can repair the damage they have done. I wouldn't be surprised if i'm advised to get a new phone.
Complete waste of time. I now have a phone that doesn't work at all. It was genuinely more usable before I took it to them.
Would give 0 star if i could.

Called in today to buy a replacement phone. Very helpful assistant transferred my existing Sim Card and made sure all my Apps and other personal information was transferred as well. All I had to do was charge it up when I got home. It was just like having my old phone. Brilliant. I always call here if I have a phone problem and I recommend to all my friends. Excellent service, good prices.
