We had our system flushed by Ricky yesterday. He arrived on time and was very thorough and tidy and any questions I had was very happy to answer. He explained the findings of the flush, which I found very useful. Both he and his colleague Lisa were friendly, very efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend Ricky and will be using him again for any further problems etc we may have.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Ricky was absolutely amazing, he first came out to service our boiler a few months ago and was quick, efficient and reasonably priced.

I recently called him for an emergency as our immersion heater had started leaking, Ricky called me back out of hours and told me he would be there first thing (despite the fact he was fully booked) and has fixed my immersion heater with no problem.

Ricky is always friendly and helpful and I couldn't recommend him enough!

Ricky and Lisa were with me for four days removing and re-plumbing my old oil heating system and replacing it with a new Gas boiler. It is good to know that Ricky is very highly qualified, more than most I found when looking for someone to take on this job. .
Due to the age of my house (approx.480 years) It was a difficult and tough job, with several significant challenges that didn't appear to phase Ricky at all. He took everything in his stride with a calm and positive attitude, and got the job done extremely efficiently; i was only without hot water and heating for a few hours on one day.
They were both so friendly and nice to have around, they made me feel very comfortable having them in the house. They did excellent work and cleaned up completely.
As such i recommend Ricky, Lisa and Heatworks wholeheartedly and I will certainly be using their services in the future.
Out of all the numbers I called for quotes, i am SO pleased I called them!
An absolutely brilliant and top class service.

Ricky did an incredible job in our bathroom, including fitting a new shower. His knowledge is incredible and I felt very reassured in his expertise. He was friendly and very professional and left my home very tidy after his work. He was able to fit us in quickly as an urgent job and very responsive to messages. Cannot recommend him highly enough! Ricky is amazing, he fixed our complicated underfloor heating system and I couldnt be more delighted. He worked in a tidy and clean manner so there was no extra work for me.
