Took my FitBit Sense in today as the watch face had come away from the case. Fitbit didn’t want to know. Stephen did a fantastic job taking off the old glue and replacing it. Very fast, friendly service and the price was spot on. Highly recommended!!

Stephen and the team provide amazing customer service and have helped me out twice now. Just before Christmas, they fixed my phone when I thought I’d need to replace it completely. Today, they worked their magic again, fixing a pair of Beats headphones that Beats themselves had told me were unfixable. I was ready to throw them out but decided to check with Stephen first, and he had them working in under five minutes! Friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. The Phone I'd bought for my mother wasn't working, I believe it had the wrong screen and a broken camera, they simple fixed it for me and I was able to collect the next day, I wasn't even charged. 100% recommend!!! Amazing family business

Amazing fast, friendly, helpful and very reasonably priced service - such a refreshing change. My iphone 12 pro had damage to the camera motor. They quoted the job, got the part overnight and fitted whilst I waited. I'll be recommending them to everyone.

Steve and Team are wonderful. They greet you with a smile and are always willing to listen to any problem you have with phone tablet etc. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always prepared to help. Trust Help I've Broken It to be able to get to the bottom of your phone tablet or device issue or if they can't they will tell you honestly.
