Really pleased with the service received at Hessa opticians. Both Sobia the optician and the lady working out front went beyond my expectations. I had the advanced eye test which was very thorough. They seem to have more advanced equipment here. I have received many compliments for my glasses, thank you for helping me choose.
They have been very accommodating to my needs both on the day of my eye exam and afterwards. I wasn’t able to wear contact lenses previously tbut the optometrist has found me some that feel comfortable. It’s a beautiful clinic. A Very friendly and professional service.

I went to Hessa opticians for a normal eye test. They advised the CUES service they provide would be better for me because they realised I had a serious eye infection. I am so grateful to the optician for arranging an appointment for me on the same day to the hospital as I needed emergency treatment and could have lost my eye sight otherwise. The optician here is very good. This is my regular opticians and their glasses styles are the best and good quality and great priced.
