I couldn’t find any one that could fix my mixer,and the few that I find wanted a fee off £50 just to look at it until I found this guy which I contacted him. Tell him what was wrong with it. He just said send it up to him which I did and within three days it was working he even sent a video showing that it’s working that was so cool can’t recommend him enough .

Terrible, dodgy service, no human interaction, no T&C, dropped my projector & £20 deposit to a place/lady, no door bell no receipt. Was told will send via email. Was given a quote on WhatsApp, I agreed, then told pick it up, I cant/wont fix it and no deposit refund, which should be refunded if they cant fix or wont, doesn't answer calls, texts. Very rude. Took over 2 weeks to get my projector back, still not sure if they have messed it up inside. STAY AWAY 😣😡

Called Hetztronics to repair my DJ mixer as had a problem with the headphone jack, they had it repaired & back in my hands inside 48 hours, very happy with the job done, reasonable price charged & would definitely recommend Hetztronics services & will be using them from now on.

Had a weird problem with our small bedroom tv. Dropped it off, and had diagnosis for free with quote, allowed to think about it for a few days, decided to proceed, fixed quickly, picked it up and it's working fine. Excellent service. Would recommend!!

A few weeks ago I dropped of a TV which I really cared about for repair. Very friendly service and a decent price. It took just a few days to have it repaired and it was a nice experience because the Hetztronics team provided updates during the entire process: diagnostics, ordering the part, having it delivered when the repair is carried out... etc. And they were also flexible for the pick-up hours. So far so good, TV is working and glad I found them for the repairs. 👍

Not a place I would normally consider (no shop front). However, given the positive reviews, I tried my luck.
Glad I did, I was very impressed! I called, a drop off appointment was given and PS4 dropped off. I received a message with pictures, fault and a price. Upon giving them the Green light to proceed, I received a second message to say 'fixed and collect' on the same day.
Thank you Hetztronics! I will definitely use and recommend.
