Jim, Kai and Luke came out and helped fix a wall that was water damaged. Had it damp proofed and skimmed. All work done to top standard. House was protected from all the mess you normally get from this type of work and everything cleaned up at the end. Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommended

What a fantastic service we had from the lads from Home Energy Save GB when renovating our house; they were very professional and informative throughout. Tudor saved us a lot of money by doing a full and comprehensive damp survey. We were concerned about rising damp in the rear of our property because the previous owners had some unsuccessful damp proofing work done. Tudors survey found that the problem was in fact rubble in the cavity as opposed to rising damp saving us thousands on unnecessary work. Others who deserve a mention, in no particular order; Luke and Kai for the rendering of the house and garden walls, Luke even helped us with putting up the glass balustrade we were struggling with. Then Paul and his team for a quick efficient install of new windows, we had a minor snag with a door but someone was out to sort it the following day. Sam and Jimmy for the plastering, great finish. There’s a few more too but I can’t remember their names. Thanks a lot lads

Sam, Jim & Luke completed my plastering & damp proofing, Steve did my survey for damp proofing and mould. Needed one wall taken by to brick and treated and the rest of the downstairs walls injected for DPC, plus a new bathroom extractor. All work completed to a great standard, definitely would recommend.

Had home energy save out for a survey due to damp and mould who comfirmed our damp proofing had failed. Booked them for the following week to complete the damp proofing injections. Had them out today and very impressed with the work they have completed. Completed in a good time frame and done a very good job of tidying up after themselves. Have replaced all my skirting boards neatly, hoovered & cleaned away any dust. Outside have filled in the holes and swept up so you cant even tell anything has been done. Friendly guys completed the work. Thankyou to Craig and George for the work they have done!

From the moment we first made contact with the office our experience of HES has been excellent. Shane, who did the survey was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable and we felt confident as soon as we met him. This level of professionalism, care, friendliness and communication continued throughout the job. Sam (who was our main contact in the team), was fab, as were all the team we met. They went above and beyond what was expected, in what turned out to be a more complicated job than anticipated. The quality of finish is excellent and we're so excited about having a dry home again, not just in the short term, but finally fixing problems we've had for years. The photos just show the finish, but they've taken everything back to brick, tanked, treated and plastered.
We would absolutely recommend HES.

Had a damp proofing survey done, inspected for mould whilst at the property which was thankfully negative, job got done just over a week later, very fast and efficient and all the skirting was put back on after without any needing replacing

This company guarentee is worthless.Had job done in April still not fixed my damp problem.They supposedly liquidated a few months afterwards and have reopened under same name but with GB after it.They pretend to be professional but have taken over 2000 pounds for a half day job that is meant to have a 25 year guarantee.Wouldn't go near this company!! Very disappointed by the lack of care and when I made contact they were only interested in doing more work for more money.
