I took my PC there after my power supply overheated and stopped working. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced it with a high-quality power supply. They also upgraded my CPU fan with a better model to prevent future overheating. On top of that, they did an amazing job with the cable management—my PC looks so much neater now! The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them for any PC repairs or upgrades!

I would highly recommend anyone with computer issues use these guys. Not only did Oz repair my computer but he went above and beyond and it came back having had a clean and in tip top condition. Not only was I was surprised by their expertise and the outstanding, professional level of service I received, but these guys are also so genuine and friendly. I think my repair was relatively straight forward but got the impression they do some highly complex geeky stuff as well! Very well priced and it's so obvious they clearly love what they do. I was incredibly impressed. My trackpad and keyboard were both not working fully. Apple previously told me that due to the cable that was damaged not being an available part, I would need the entire cover section replacing, quoting me £350, plus VAT. Horn Lane Computers did this same repair, a new battery and cleaned my disgusting screen for me, all for £150, including VAT and labour. They were completely transparent and incredibly trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good knowledge and trustworthy, my laptop hinges had been poorly repaired several times and on first visit the previous mistakes had been highlighted to me.

The repair process was described to me in detail and I was told what parts would need to be altered during the fix.

The diagnosis process took around 2 days and I was called by phone to confirm the exact problems and strategy to repair, the repair took 2 days and my laptop was repaired much better than before.

I’m very happy with the efficient and good quality service and would highly recommend for any laptop repairs.

Macbook Pro LCD glass replacement: I would really recommend Horn Lane computers. Ozy and the team were incredibly helpful and time efficient.

I was initially getting the job done at a different shop, during which I called up Horn Lane Computers, and spoke to Ozy, and told him that I suspected this other shop was trying to scam me into paying *much* more than the initial quote, and they were. Ozy took the time to speak to me and answer questions when there was nothing in it for him.

So when I managed to get a full refund from the initial shop, I came to HLComputers, and not only were they £200 - £400 cheaper than anyone else (i rang *alot* of places), they also provided a service that no one else seemed to provide: replacing the LCD glass of my Macbook pro *without* replacing the whole screen altogether, with no changes to brightness levels and no marks on the screen (something other shops said was unavoidable). Very thankful I came to HLC!

Fantastic honest shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff who care. They fixed my MacBook which had heavy water damage for a reasonable price. Had it back within the week, I thought it was gone for good!

Apple would have definitely told me that it would be unfixable and to buy a new laptop.
