I was having a issue with my gaming laptop screen so took it to John to diagnose and repair. He was very quick to diagnose the fault and order a new screen. John went above and beyond when the suppliers sent a defective replacement screen, and insisted they send another. Very happy now that the screen is fixed, good communication throughout and quick work once parts were received. Would recommend to anyone having PC/laptop issues!

Incredible service!

Top guy and brilliant service.

Spent a while looking for a local place to build a gaming PC for me as I didn’t want a pre-built and lack the courage to build it myself. Contacted John after seeing his reviews and Google’s recommendation. So glad I did.

After I purchased all the parts he offered to pick them up from me to save me having to get a taxi with £2000+ worth of kit, gave regular updates on how the build was going (it had some tricky components) and dropped it off at my home for me when it was done.

As you can see from the attached picture, he did a really clean build and I couldn’t be happier with how it looks and runs. I will definitely be using John again for my computer needs.
