My damaged car needed transporting to a specified garage at Trafford. Hough Green arrived really promptly to do so with a driver who made me feel a lot better as I am elderly and was feeling very shaken.

Noone answers the telephone, 3 different journeys had too be made to collect property from the vehicle then upon inspection there are items missing as they wouldn't allow me to retrieve my belonging myself, the woman in the office claiming to be management needs to focus on doing her job and not taking personal phone calls and laughing an joking with the male drivers that work for the company. Absolute joke and a formal complaint will be made

Really mixed reactions to rate this garage, following a bad crash 200 miles from home, the lack of compassion and understanding from receptionists when trying to retrieve personal items from our wreck. It took over almost 2 hours trying to provide insurance docs before they would access the vehicle. When they provided my goods they only gave us a fraction of items. Only once arriving home and sending an email enabled a successful collection of the remaining items including my husband's phone as we had tracked it with find my phone! The guy who dealt with my email was a great help and that was the difference!

Booked through insurance after an accident, they Turned up earlier than agreed and took the car in my absence then I had a lot of messing about getting my belongings out of it. But otherwise no other issues.

My car seemed to have an engine problem which, was, to me, serious. Houghton Green were sent out to tow my car to my local garage. When Paul arrived he went to look at my car and came back to me puzzled as to why it was being towed to a garage. He identified the problem and within 10 minutes the car was running perfectly. It has run well ever since. A huge thank you to Paul for his professional approach and knowledge.
It saved me being without my car and the worry and inconvenience that would go with that. Thank you!

Recovered tonight by Steve G after call to Green Flag. Arrived over ONE HOUR EARLIER than estimated time. Was so kind, professional and helpful - he sorted everything - even making sure I could get home after dropping off car at garage. Can't thank him enough, the guy was amazing from start to finish. Took a lot of the stress out of it. Huge recommendation from me!!

They recovered a car with my stolen number plates attached. I rang them to explain the car wasn't what it appeared to be only to find out it's a premium rate phone number and paid £2 for the call. Surprised they ever have any repeat business. Crooks
