BIGGEST RIP OFF COMPANY IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE!! My private hire car was hired by a taxi driver who had not been paying his rent so I reported it stolen to the police. Police called me to let me know that they found my car after being left abandoned on the motorway. The car had been recovered to this garage as there was no keys. This garage told me police will complete their investigations and then will release the car to be collected. I did tell them that I can come on Thursdays or Fridays to collect my car. After about 2 weeks on a Wednesday I saw their missed call after I finished work so called them around 4pm. I was told I can't come to pickup car as I've missed their pickup time already and will be charged storage charges to pickup next day. Was told I need to pay £192 plus £26 for storage charges. Total of £218. I requested them that I have already lost over £600 in unpaid rental charges and will have to pay recovery charges which is not even my fault so why charging me another £26 for storage charges when I can still come to collect but due to your procedures you want me to collect next day? Was told NO can't waive off the storage charges so will have to pay them as well. Then I questioned for the 2 weeks that my car had been left at their garage as they didnt allow me to collect who's responsible for my loss of earnings from rental charges but they still wanted to charge me for a few hours as I had missed their so called 4pm car pickup time. This garage is supposed to be a 24 hour recovery garage but no I couldn't collect even after 4pm so that they could rip me off my charging me another £26 for storage charges!! At the end I still had to pay the full £218 to get my car. Then had to pay another £120 for a private recovery charge to my garage as car wasnt starting when i went to collect it. After which I found out that due to headgasket gone car was a write off!!! So I lost a lot of money and these kind of garages don't have any flexibility and are there just to rip you off and get as much money from you as they can!!

Avoid this garage at any cost. They don’t even deserve one star! Very poor interpersonal skills, the telephone/reception staff are completely arrogant and regardless of who you are they speak to you like you are a criminal. In my case I am not.

Jerry was very friendly and helpful. He made sure our dog was safe before we set off and made sure our journey was as comfortable and as easy as possible. He was happy to stop when/if we needed him to and his cab was tidy and comfy. All in all he made our bad situation much easier.

Was in a accident on my motorbike was told by police multiple times my bike would be going to widnes as thats were i live and its registered find out weeks later its in warrington and they had collected my bike without my consent. Rang up and was told to pay £150 for them to collect it and £10 a day without me knowin if any extra damage had been caused to my bike. As im now without transport how am i supposed to do anything to retrive my bike from a company in a diffrent town
