Very helpful the day before new years eve, unfortunately my car engine was completely written off but the mechanics contacted me as soon as they discovered this.

No charge for the service and where compassionate about the circumstances which mate receiving the bad news less rubbish.

I have used Hurley Motors for many years partly because I know I can trust what they say and do. On one previous occasion they saved me a substantial amount of money when a dealership erroneously told me I needed work doing which, as Hurley Motors demonstrated to me, was not the case. As for my experience today the car had developed a worrying noise and I took it straight down to Hurleys for advice. Although they were busy, they still managed to have a look at the car, and in doing so were able to provide a workaround that saved me what would have been around £1000. In providing an explanation they also sketched out a diagram so my uneducated self could understand what they had done! Excellent service and deserving of praise. Thank you Hurley Motors.

Thank you Hurley motors, I called in today on the slight chance that someone could assist with changing a side light bulb, a gent behind the counter came to assist and sadly the glass bulb came away from its base and it was stuck in the holder, he immediately took it into the garage to remove all of the parts and all sorted. He didn't want to charge me but I gladly donated to the coffee / biscuit fund as I was super impressed someone was happy to assist with no notice. Thank you all

The engine light came on today in my Mini car. I gave them a call and they fit me in for a quick check within an hour. They were very professional, explained possible issue, given prices and discussed the plan. They didn't charge me anything for today and I know that it was a quick check but I really appreciate it.
