Very impressed by the service I received recently and today from the team at I Fix 4 You. I brought my Realme 8 Pro phone with a broken screen and after investigation I was given a quote, with a honest caveat that OEM screens were not available. A few days later, much earlier than I expected, the phone was ready to collect. The work was impeccable, the screen was very decent for a non-OEM part. They pointed out I should also try the fingerprint, which again was very honest of them, and unfortunately the fingerprint had issues. They even offered a rebate, which was however not enough for me to accept, so we agreed I'd reset and leave the handset with them so they could resell it and recoup the cost of the repair at least. No difficulty at all, they were super cool and kind about the whole thing, and hopefully they can make some money back. Fantastic service, I will use again for sure when I have issues with my phones.

Repaired my phone screen in september. Unfortunately my battery went this week and was pushing screen off. I went to a local in Dover to get the battery fixed. They went to do the repair and the screen is aftermarket (not an original) which causes problems. Therefore I'd never recommend going here. Helped me at the time but causing problems in the long run. If you need to get your phone turned on to backup data etc good place but then get rid of the phone right after as it'll come with more problems.

Sadly they couldn't fix phone, they were helpful, friendly. Despite chasing parts they didn't charge me as they couldn't fix. Would certainly recommend based on my experience

Very helpful. Phone wasn't charging and this was the 3rd shop we had been to , others had wanted to change battery and charging point at £85 this shop managed to clean the charging point and get it working. He then recommended a faster charging cable which seems to be working

After another broken screen on an aging A10 I upgraded to an A15,I fix 4 you sold me a new A15,my old screen could not unlock because of the broken screen,they got all of my content,app,photos onto the new phone for me,
such a helpful shop and all my apps are usable now.
Thank you so much for a job well done,you will be my goto shop for repairs.
