Wanted to sell my phone, went to the shop and showed him it and we agreed on a price. Nipped to frenchgate for something quickly walked all the way back and then he lowered the price. Don’t agree on a price and then make me walk to your shop to tell me you don’t want to pay that price.. it’s bad business.

I took my iPhone in yesterday and was very impressed with the fast and efficient service provided to me.

I told them I thought I needed to replace the phone but they told me they could fix it for a very reasonable cost. And they did. Within 30 mins I had a perfectly good phone again.

Fixed my iPhone 12 and made it look like new again. Wish I had pictures of before and after, put it this was you could see inside the phone. But these guys got it back to it’s fully operational order at a brilliant price. Thanks guys will be recommending you to others!!!

Dreadful service. Happy to take money but then screen took more than a week to arrive and be fitted, despite originally saying 2 days.

Then they broken the back of the phone fitting the screen, and had to order a new back.

Fitted screen developed faults within a week that just got worse. Took phone back and they refuse to help, saying it is impact damage when there hasn't been any.

Don't trust your devices to these if you want a positive outcome.

Took my laptop in as it was stuck on bitlocker, I have insurance on this laptop and curry’s wouldn’t touch it. Took it in to tommys shop and I’ve got it back a couple of days later completely working again! Absolutely brilliant! Can’t thank these guys enough, thank you!!

Had my screen fixed on my xperia z3 it cracked within 24hrs, i told them and they said they had done it cheaper than usual so no warranty and got quite abusive both verbally and physically intimidating even though it was a price they quoted. I had a second opinion that showed it was faultly and ill fitted screen to start with and thats why it broke. Please avoid this store, dont send your kids ect it will end badly.. -5 stars. Horrendous.
