Andy was great, he came out to look at a broken locking mechanism on a upvc window. He turned up exactly at the time agreed and got the job done within 30 minutes. Excellent service and genuinely decent guy. If you are in the Warrington and surrounding area and need work on your doors/windows give him a shout. Plus you are supporting a local independent business owner!

I locked my keys into the house and got ICE's number via my Estate Agent. Considering it was after 5pm, i was very impressed by the quick response. Andy arrived at my house in less than 30 minutes. After being so stressed out, it was just nice to see someone who was so lovely, reassuring and professional. I would highly recommend this service. I rarely write reviews but this service was absolutely exceptional. Thanks for getting me back into a warm house so quick. Great value as well.

Andy came to give us a quote to fix one of our windows that wouldn't open and shut fully today. Very happy with my experience with ICE Secure. I called Andy about a broken door handle and he came out within half an hour despite it being evening. It ended up being a much larger issue with the door that took him several hours and two visits due to needing an extra part. He kept me up to date throughout about the job and the price, and was friendly and professional. Service was good value, very efficient and COVID-secure measures were taken. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future and would definitely recommend to others.
