Had the screen, the battery the flash socket fixed here for multiple IPhones. Always excellently done by the friendliest guy I ever met in a phone repair’s shop.
Services are reasonably priced and I was always offered options for parts if available.
I would gladly recommend the place for all your phone troubles.

GO ELSEWHERE AT ALL COSTS. This store replaced my iPhone screen and within 24 hours, my screen turned green and phone stopped working. When contacting them, they told me not to bother them on the weekend and that the issue was “my fault”, refusing to uphold the terms and conditions of their service as outlined by the website. Rude and incompetent. STAY AWAY.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The back glass panel of my phone cracked about a year ago, and I got it repaired here. As soon as it came back, I noticed the color was completely off and the glass was sticking out in one corner. I told the man working there, but he said there was nothing more they could do. Exactly one year later, my phone started glitching and kept turning on and off. Unable to update my phone through my laptop with the help of online Apple support, I went into Apple and EE today. I was informed by two professionals that my phone is dead and will not work ever again. They were unable to wipe the phone or restart it.

It turns out the motherboard of the newer iPhones is glued to the back panel, and shops like these scrape it off and try to put it all back in. One missing or misplaced piece means the iPhone is then unable to download a major software update (like now from iOS 17 to 18). It would cost me over £700 to get it repaired, as the entire inside of the phone would need to be replaced, which is not recommended. Because I had the back repaired at this third-party shop and it had been tampered with, they can't offer me a replacement.

So, exactly two years after investing in this phone that was meant to last me a good few years, I'm having to buy basically the exact phone in a new model with all the same features for the same price. I can't express how important it is to avoid this place and to get AppleCare because I was informed today that all this could have been prevented for just £25.

Although person working there very nice, they completely wrecked my computer. Went in to have them replace the battery (everything working fine before), brought it home and it didn’t turn on. Eventually managed to have it turn on when plugged it but it was so slow and would freeze, none of my apps worked etc. Ended up bringing it into an Apple Store for a diagnosis and they confirmed the “new” battery was bad (didn’t pass their battery test) and the security screws in the back (to keep everything inside the computer) hadn’t been put back in. Would absolutely NOT recommend them.
