I had a fantastic experience with I Crack Mobile Shop! The staff ( Ram) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed. Do not believe any of these reviews - they are not genuine! I took my phone in to have the back repaired and the front camera/face ID function no longer worked. They were completely uninterested in helping - offered to send it to London (with me providing the passcode) for three weeks to fix it! I have sent emails and heard nothing back. DO NOT USE!

Stay away from this store. They are scammers and are well known for their deceitful practices. They took £120 from my son who went into their store in good faith with a damaged phone.

He left with a phone that didn't work, i contacted them, they were aggressive on the phone to try and intimidate me and never called me back. The phone has been fixed now by a great phone store in Gloucester. Its off to the small claims court with this one . Please stay away.

Went to the store today to buy a charger, was in a hurry so I didn't have the chance to compare prices before, was charged twice the amount as for the usual price of this product online. I went back to the store and only then was I informed that the store doesn't offer refunds.

I looked around and there was a small sign mentioning the refund policy, however, very conveniently half of it was covered by another add. It's a very misleading and deceptive behaviour towards the customer to not be clearly disclosing the refund policy during the purchase. I won't even mention the fact that you only find out the price at the till.
