Contacted Ian about my washing machine after seeing a recommendation on FB. So glad I did! He was very quick to respond, he was punctual, honest and very reliable. Sadly due to it's age, the washing machine wasn't worth fixing so rather than have me waste my money tying to fix it, he offered advise on different makes/models and helped me to find a new one. I was expecting a hefty call out fee but Ian refused to take money for something he couldn't fix. He even delivered and fitted the new machine without all the extra costs! Couldn't recommend him enough!! Thanks again Ian!

I was given Ian's number by another fitter because I was struggling to find someone to fix the cooker. Prompt service and nice guy, phoned 30mins before arrival. Cooker fixed, v. good technician, Can Recommend and good price.

Ian has just left after I snapped my washing machine filter and I couldn't get it open, I think it was a bigger job than we both thought it was going to be and he ended up taking the washing machine apart to get the filter out. Ian was very friendly and knowledgeable and offered me advice for my washing machine and I even bought a 12 month washing machine cleaner from him that he recommended. 10/10 service 😁
