I went into iFix Centre Battersea after the hinge on my laptop broke. They were very friendly and helpful, and gave me several options for the repair. I left my laptop with them and within 3 days it was fixed and ready to be collected! I wasn’t charged until I collected my repaired laptop and it was a very reasonable price for the extent of the damage. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend iFix centre. Thanks so much for your help!

Took my gaming rig in after corrupting my windows and getting blue screen of death.
Staff were polite and professional.
For a diagnosis and repairs it took roughly 4-5 days total
Price was cheaper than I expected, 170 to replace ram, reinstall windows, and save data.
Shop even upgraded me from windows 10 to 11.
Wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Came to these guys with water spillage on my MacBook. They were very professional and helpful - I got my laptop back after 2 days in working condition, after they dried, cleaned, and stress tested it (regularly sending me messages with updates and photos!). I'm updating my review (see below for my experience a while back) as I returned to the store yesterday for help with my son's phone.

Tim couldn't have been more helpful, explaining what had caused the screen freeze and how to do a hard reset. They are always friendly, trusted and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for any iPhone issues.

Another great experience here. I needed my screen replaced and it was done confidently and quickly. I cant recommend this place more highly. Really lovely people too.

Took my gfs laptop to be fixed as it wouldn't turn on. They said it needed a new keyboard which seemed unlikely but she told them to do it. When we picked it up two of the keyboard screws had been undone but the two rear mounts had been cleanly snapped off indicating the keyboard had been roughly removed. I brought this up, the man behind the counter said the laptop is so old (2.5 years) the plastic had disintegrated. Unlikely. I said this, he started shouting "were you there" over and over and tried to grab the laptop off me, he failed at this and instead grabbed my gfs phone, which he then returned. My opinion is that something is seriously amiss with this repair and I certainly wouldn't use them again. In response to the owner. The photos are all the evidence I need. Both mounts cleanly snapped. Impossible to do without using force.
