I recently visited iFix Computing in Letchworth due to missing screws in my laptop, which had become loose and fallen out over time. I was concerned about the back panel becoming loose and damaging the laptop, as had happened with my previous one. Another repair shop had told me to search for the screws online and order directly from the manufacturer, which wasn't helpful.

When I saw iFix Computing and had my laptop with me, I decided to give it a try. The man at the service desk immediately identified the screw type, retrieved the correct screws from storage, and installed them with his mini electric screwdriver. He secured all the screw holes and handed my laptop back, fully repaired, without charging me a penny. His kindness and helpfulness were greatly appreciated.

I also bought a new, high-quality laptop bag, as my old one had broken zips and lacked protection. The new bag is durable, well-padded, and reasonably priced.

iFix Computing offers excellent service, a great selection of spare parts and accessories, and the convenience of trying products in person. Highly recommend this shop for computer repairs and accessories. Plus, there's free parking around the corner!
