I recently had my fireplace fitted by Vik, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He was extremely professional, punctual, and well-organized. The installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, all at a cost-effective price.

Vik took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions patiently, making sure I was comfortable with the process. He also maintained a very clean workspace, leaving everything spotless once the job was done.

Highly recommend Vik who came out to repair a leak to the boiler and then service it. The leak had caused the electrics in the house to stop working which was extremely worrying, to put it mildly, but Vik was very reassuring and I cannot thank him enough. He's an extremely genuine, polite and friendly professional who does exactly what he says and always responds to calls and messages quickly. Very reasonable prices too.

Boiler completely broke down on 27/12/24...phoned vik and he arranged appointment on 30/12/12.

We got hot water, but heating was not working. We had gas engineer coming over and after 2 hours investigating he told us, its electrical problem with boiler. Electric engineer came over and said you need gas engineer. After 2 unfruitful call outs and sitting in the cold we finally reached out to I Fix it. Vick told me within a few minutes what the problem was. Not only did he fix the boiler(tank), but also installed new thermostat (old one was always a few degrees off and you had to twist it a bit to get the heating back on). Speedy resolution of the problem for a very reasonable price. Thank you very much Vick.

Vik recently serviced my central heating boiler and flushed the system. He is easy to contact and responds promptly to communications. All work was explained clearly at each stage and completed to a high standard.

Excellent service, Vick and his apprentice installed a new boiler for us and we would highly recommend. The work was done very efficiently and no rubbish was left for us to worry about. All safety checks explained to us, very professional service.
