Good service but quality of product below par. Recently replaced iPhone screen and within 10 days cracked screen by simply pressing home button. Staff putting it down to accidental damage but this was not the case as all I did was press home button. Its a shame that low quality product has let this fantastic shop down.

While I am not questioning the service I am convinced I was sold a below par product if not a faulty product. Screen cracked while pressing home button in my hands there was no other impact.
It is a shame that you are more concerned about what your manufactures will say and not the concerns of your customers.

I went in with a broken iPhone camera. Both of the employees who helped me were kind, friendly and helpful. They gave me advice if I ever broke my phone again and booked me in to have it fixed the next day. The repair only took an hour and I felt comfortable leaving my device with them. My camera is back working and you can’t even tell that it’s been repaired, looks brand new again! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back again in the future!

I fix Stafford is the best place for any phone repair. Nice guy not ultra cheap as other shops but reasonable price. I had gone for the premium screen for my IPhone X . Ifix said lifetime warranty but I was expecting 1 year. After 15 months green line appeared on the screen took back to Ifix he changed the screen free unbelievable even apple doesn’t give that warranty.Recommend for any repair honest service .
