General advice
1 make sure you check your phone over before leaving it to avoid any difficulty around wheather other phone components are functional
2 get a written quote for the repair and include any verbal agreement to fit a screen protector .an unprotected screen is easily broken !!

Will never use this phone shop again!!! My daughter locked herself out of her phone so just needed unlocking which at other shops cost me £10 when happened previously. Tried txting me telling me he had to completely reinstall the os and loads of other rubbish when all he had to do was factory reset the phone. Told me £30, then proceeded to txt again and tell me it would be £40 which I told him absolutely not I had already been overcharged and he'd claimed to do things I'd never asked him to do. My partner then went into the shop to get the phone back and he was very rude. Takes advantage when he thinks people don't know anything about phones will never return here!! Only given 1 star because I have to!!!

The best service I’ve had for a repair ever!! I smashed my MacBook screen a few weeks ago, when I took it to IFIX to get it repaired they were kind, polite and considerate. They then gave me an exceptional rate and ensured me they would repair promptly and with care. I was pressured by a deadline I needed my MacBook repaired by and the team at IFIX went above and beyond to meet this. They are lovely and I highly recommend their service. Took an iPhone 11 to get the screen replaced and unfortunately it broke within two weeks as the touch sensitivity of the phone was lost. Upon returning to the shop, we were told it would be a further £90 for a replacement screen, despite initially being quoted less via email. Unimpressed with the customer service and argumentative nature of the staff member, the phone was taken elsewhere for repair where we were informed we had paid over the odds for a poor quality screen. The way he spoke to me was very unprofessional and I will not be returning.
