Brilliant service from this gentleman and this shop. He was so knowledgeable, patient and took his time with me. He was able to fix my broken phone and also transfer everything onto a new phone for me. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and I will return. Great service and very trustworthy. I left my phone for repair with them went there about 5 times. Everytime was saying can be fixed tomorrow but never done. Not recommending at all. The most expensive and untrained staff

I would not use this shop ever again. In December I took my phone in for a new screen on my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra due to a cracked screen. I was given a price of £260 for it to be remedied. I then left the phone and picked it up later that same day.
At first the new screen was great however it started to develop issues from a third way up from bottom of screen (a small thumbnail and odd flicker). This got worse to the point that I had no alternative but to go back to the shop.
The sales assistant was not friendly and defensive, he told me to return after 25 minutes. On returning he refused to look at my phone stating the warranty was 2 weeks out of date (6 months warranty). He also tried to say that the phone had been opened (but it definitely hadn't).
To appease me he said he would send phone to Samsung (only his word for it) and come back in a couple of days.
I also told the assistant that I took the phone to another repair shop and said the cost was expensive and that it wasn't a screen for said phone.
Anyway 3 days later I returned and he said bad news but he could fit a replacement screen for £190.
I said thanks but no thanks and took my phone away.
I just rue the day I took it to ifixtech Bury
