I recently used this company to upgrade my old laptop. The owner, Paul, answered every question I had, of which I had a lot of them, patiently and was honest about my options allowing me to make up my own mind about whether I should go ahead and, if so, to what extent. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service! Following a rather nasty spillage of Red Bull, I was sure our MacBook Air was a gonna! I have used Paul at iFixTech for other things so gave him a call. A few hours later and a diagnostic revealed it was likely repairable and later that day we have it back, dry, gleaming and most importantly working. I was recommended to iFixTech by a friend and so arrived at the Broadstone shop expecting a high standard of service. This is exactly what I received! I am 81 years old and at times find I.T. a little trying. (!!) At iFixTech I was shown courtesy and understanding and within a short time the problem had been resolved. Many Thanks.

I took my MacBook Air in to the Broadstone today 9/10 and the Gentleman was so helpful & informative, managed to save my MacBook from the Bin! & mean that I can start my University Work! I am forever thankful! My Mac is now working even better than it ever had before. I am so grateful and will definitely be going back for more help in the future & recommending others there too! Would never use this company, totally useless. Took my laptop in as the screen would not work. They repaired it, it lasted for 24 hours and then the problem resumed. Took it back in on Friday 8th Sept, they kept saying they would phone me when it was ready which they didn't, I went up to the shop on Saturday and it was closed. In the end they told me they could not fix it, I picked it up on Tuesday 19th. I then took it to a different repair shop, they told me that IFixTech had damaged the circuit board and had also left some of the screws out of the back. New repair guy fixed laptop in a couple of hours and is now working a treat. It was the Wallisdown IFix I used and I would advise people not to use it..

I visited a few weeks ago in a bit of a panic after dropping a cup of tea over my MacBook! Paul was clearly very busy but still took the time to talk to me, look at my laptop, and retrieve the hardrive which I desperately needed for work. He then leant me a piece of kit (trusting me to take it home and bring it back when finished) that allowed me to get all of the info off my old hardrive and on to a new one and didn’t charge me a penny. Honestly so grateful that kind people still exist! Thank you 🙂 Highly recommend.

My laptop was sorted out swiftly and efficiently. I had chance to explain the problem fully and was kept up to date on progress. The work was completed within 24 hours. A great, value for money option for sorting out technical issues. It was very reassuring to have expert help.
