Absolute rip off! Paid £220 for a replacement screen. They got glue in one of the microphones and denied all knowledge, said it was a software problem. Took it somewhere else and they had to open it up and scrape the glue out which I saw with my own eyes. Now the screen freezes, flickers, jumps about and the battery drains excessively fast. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I will now be ordering a new phone as I can't put up with it and their lack of ownership. I don't think.its a genuine screen either. You have been warned. Terrible service.

Take advantage of mobile phone tech ignorance of the majority of the public. Will certainly not be going there again and would not recommend them for unlocking phones. Paid £35, mobile phone still not available to use and then wanted a further £35. 😑 Terrible service

Went here for a new phone case and screen protector. The gentleman who served us was very polite and friendly, so no issues there, HOWEVER...

After just a week, the case has already broken. The little ring stand on the back snapped off and left some of the metal inside the hole, and the black coating is coming off the case. I assumed they just used black material, but it's white plastic stuff that's been spray painted black. Considering the case was £15 I'm not impressed. I'd steer clear and shop elsewhere.

Don't use these!

My phone wasn't charging, took it in for repair, they repaired the charge port but obviously damaged something during the repair because calls were cutting out, took it back and (foolishly) paid them for a repair to the mic. Took it away and it was still doing it. Took it in again, paid for a new mic, got the phone back with no charge in it, tried to charge it - doesn't charge, took it back again - after months of this back and forth I just took my broken phone back from them, unfortunately the amount of time passed means I'm unable to claim on my credit card - I'm considering pursuing them through the small claims court.

Took iPhone and Samsung to be repaired to this guy, paid £185 upfront stupidly, after texting many times to see if they were ready, I picked them up and neither were working plus he'd replaced the screen with a cracked one...biggest rip off people ever!! Next step trading standards!!!
