I sent an iPad screen to DisplayRescue / iFracture for refurbishment, and this turned into an absolute nightmare. Initially, I was promised a five-working-day turnaround, but that quickly became delay after delay, excuse after excuse. Multiple times, I was told the repair was done—only for them to backtrack every time. This dragged on for nearly two months.

As a B2B customer, I had my own customer waiting, and I kept letting her down because they kept lying to me. Communication was awful—at times, they ignored me for nearly a week. I had to threaten legal action just to get a response. After repeated false promises of shipping, I finally had to demand they send the iPad to another repair company, only to find out it was completely damaged—a massive dent in the housing, likely from them failing to disconnect the battery during refurbishment.

Now, I’m out of pocket £350—including the cost of compensating my customer—because they refuse to refund me. I have already sent legal letters, and at this point, court action seems inevitable. Yet, the owner has been mocking me, saying I won’t win because they’re “getting struck off anyway.”

Absolutely disgusting behavior from a company with zero professionalism or integrity. They should be paying for the damage and refunding me, but instead, they hide behind excuses and arrogance.

Phone completely died and would not power on. Took it to one place and was told he would need a month to fix it. Brought it here instead and he was able to replace the Power IC and also some capacitors all within a week at a better price than quoted by the first shop. Contacted ifracture after having trouble with my Samsung s22 ultra charging they fixed my phone by replacing the charge port very reasonable and friendly and only took 10 minutes thank you so much highly reccomend
