I had a dead Google pixel 6 and the workers did an excellent job transferring everything over to my Samsung, saving me lots of headache and keeping me reassured throughout the whole process. The guys at ihandi are exceptional. I took my new iPhone 16 in for a nice new screen protector & case. A terrific selection of both products at reasonable prices. Then I needed help with setting up my email which I didn’t understand from all the prompts & switchover from my old iPhone. It took Sini a while, however he didn’t give up & finished the job.
I’ve been there before over the years & won’t go anywhere else, because I trust them.

Honestly the best service i’ve ever had! I had a broke screen due from a pressure point in the glass and my screen was completely black with lines 🙁 Bear in mind i had a dissertation and various essays due the next day! He was able to fix for me the same day for me to be able to get my work handed in on time. Honestly a life saver and i’m so thankful! They won’t disappoint with their amazing customer service as well!

My broken phone screen was replaced and my phone is working perfectly. Friendly service is always appreciated by me so I recommend visiting this store. The model was not available initially but an order was placed and I was called when it was received. Device was sorted out in under 2 hours after dropping it off. Thanks for the service team!

Please don’t waste your time coming here, you’ll regret it. On the 15th of January I came in to fix a broken screen for an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Today (2 weeks later) I came back to the store because the screen damage was back. I didn’t drop my phone or do any activity that would cause any damage to the phone. I simply put the phone down and when I picked it back up the phone screen was completely damaged.

I came in to the store and let the manager (Reze) know about this and he took 0 accountability. He proceeded to put me on a video call with his ‘technician’ to prove a point. I made it very clear that I didn’t feel comfortable with him putting me on the camera and was just trying to get my point across to him.

Reze kept insisting that I caused the damaged to the phone even after I told him a numerous amount of times that I didn’t.

The ‘best’ he could do is knock off labour costs and charge me an additional £66 to replace the screen again. I believe they use cheap materials to fix the phones and take 0 accountability from the moment you leave their store. Extremely unprofessional and I would never return.

Needed to change my old, very slow Samsung Galaxy a10 to a newer version with a greater internal storage. Saw Rez who spent a great deal of time doing this because of the problem with the speed my phone. Additionally I had lost my email account and he managed to retrieve this. I am so very grateful to Rez and would recommend anyone to use this store. Prices are very competitive.
