Fantastic service from start to finish!
Having got nowhere with other companies I was at a complete loss. I then came across IMAC Repairs Ltd. I immediately got a fast appointment with the head technician, Rick. After being made regularly aware throughout the whole process I collected my MacBook Pro which was completely repaired at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much.

I called Rick with an issue; my daughter had damaged my Mac screen. Rick helped me at very short notice, diagnosed the fault, sourced a replacement and completed the repair really quickly. A subsequent fault developed and he resolved it in a matter of days. Cannot fault the service, communication or quality of his workmanship. Great all round.

Just picked my Apple Mac Pro up from this lovely gentleman. I called him panicking as it wouldn’t charge. Rick was very polite and helpful, and I was able to drop it off that day. Within a few days the issue was fixed. Throughout the process I had automatic updates from Rick’s computer system whenever he was working on it, and any checks he carried out, which I thought was fantastic 😁 Rick went above and beyond to to and figure out what had happened and why, and went that extra mile to help. Kind, honest people are rare nowadays. Thanks Rick, absolute life saver. Highly recommend this professional business. I will definitely be returning when needed 😁

First class speedy and friendly service from Rick. Needed a battery replacement on a MacBook air which was order in a replaced very quickly by rick.

You can tell he knows his stuff and has a very professional looking setup. Took the time to explain to me how to make sure this new battery lasts as long as possible.

I contacted Rick over my MacBook Pro not sitting flat.The solution was to replace the battery. He ordered a new one & I was able to collect the repaired machine in just over 30 hours - remarkably speedy. Very professional approach & vital tip not to keep it plugged in all the time! Items for repair can be posted but I had the bonus of living locally. Doesn't handle iphones & iPads but would thoroughly recommend to AppleMac users.

After encountering a rather unusual screen issue with my MacBook Pro I was really at a loss. Not only did Rick promptly diagnose the problem, he clearly presented my repair options allowing me to weigh up the right repair for me. Rick was recommended to be by an IT support company I know when my son’s MacBook screen was not working.
He had a look and quoted me on a new screen and repair.
When the job was completed within a couple of days, he’d actually managed to fix the screen, resulting in the final price being around half the original quote.
