We contacted Fix I.T to build a custom gaming PC for our son after his laptop had run out of space. We had lots of conversations regarding spec and things that were important for our son to improve his gaming experience. Paul made recommendations for the new monitor to ensure compatibility with the PC’s components.

Within a few days, the build was complete and we were able to collect. We now have a powerful, capable, upgradable, whisper quiet PC with LED’s a plenty. Expertly built machine and the aftercare has been second to none. Would highly recommend. Our son is now thoroughly enjoying his gaming once again!

Paul took my desktop PC in for repair within half an hour of my phone call and reported the issues back to me within a couple of hours that evening. Paul was dealt with my computer issues, very professionally, efficiently, he was reliable, helpful and friendly. My computer was not repairable, Paul sourced a secondhand one and managed to save all my data even though it was a very difficult task as the computer was switching off after few minutes.
To install and transfer data was very straight forward and very quick. Paul charged exactly what he said he will. He made himself available for any on-line help afterwards.
It was a real pleasure to deal with Paul. I will definitively go back to Paul in the future if I need further IT help.

I had to send my computer to the computer hospital, Fix I.T., for a brain transplant into a new body, which I had bought in 2019, but never used - it was still in its box. Chief surgeon Paul Stacey, before doing the the transplant first upgraded the new computer so it would be super fast and then successfully did the brain transplant without the loss of a single cell. I now have the fastest computer I have ever had in my 68 years. The patient was in one day and out the next.
