I couldn’t hear my speaker on my phone.Thought I might need a new ear speaker fitting. The guy didn’t try to upsell me to an expensive repair. He gave the speaker a good clean out and then I tested it.

Where to begin, this business has messed me about since November of last year on one single issue with my phone. FOUR separate occasions, I have visited this establishment, and on the most previous visit, they have lacked accountability for their own mistakes made. My screen was broken and had to be fixed/replaced. I had heard great things, that were not held to standard unfortunately with my own issue. The screen was ‘fixed’ each occasion, and had to be sent back due to a chip in the sensor, and pixilation, and general faults with powering off- and recently screen discolouration. They claimed to not see this colouring, and the owner rudely suggested he put a broken screen back in if I were to receive my rightful money back. I respectfully asked that he fix his mistake, and he immaturely began to dismiss me out of his shop, insisting I take my business elsewhere- bearing in mind, I have spent £200 over this problem.
He rudely claimed I wasted his time and that I was causing him stress, however dealing with this has caused ME tremendous stress and wasted my time. I politely said that if the mistake he made was not resolved, I would file a civil complaint, from where countered he would complain and “ get money out of me “. I feel as though I have been brushed off with my issues, and to some extent scammed out of my money.
I would not advise anyone take their business there and I will be following this up with higher action.

I came to IMFIXED to repair my broken iPhone. He was very helpful and nice. I was going out for a family mean therefore I needed my phone asap. He was able to repair my phone in 1 hour. Amazing experience.

Quick service poor repair screen not fitting correct, damaged the power button as it looks like they had to free it off because they used to much glue putting screen back. Said was not them I know it was not damaged in that area when I dropped it off , all localised damage just happens to look like that then ? And does not feel or click like it used to do not even a offer of any money back as they insist was not them . Yeah pull the other 1 , was expecting better for a £85 quid repair rip off. And the attitude well what do you want me to do ? Your job would be nice. Took the phone back a couple of months ago as the screen packed in picked it back up this week and credit due repaired it this time much better. And repaired the damage to the phone case , thank you but why did it have to be such a painful experience.
