I feel like I have been scammed. I brought my laptop to have the port fixed as it wasn’t charging anymore, I have been told, the first I asked, it would have been £40/45. When I brought the laptop in they saw the type and they told me it would have been £60 because they needed to ship it away, absolutely acceptable, fine. They told me it would have take 2/3 days but every time I called (after 5 days) they told me it wasn’t ready. When I finally manage to recover it they told me they changed the port but my charger wasn’t working, making me think that was the problem all along. They ordered a new universal charger, and asked me to pay a total of £120, £90 for the laptop (was £60 when they checked it) and I assume £30 for the new universal charger. When I saw the computer I said I wasn’t leaving until I managed to see my computer on and working. Even the day after when I went to recover my laptop and try the new charger it was working intermittently. They decided because of this I deserved a discount of £10. I did pay, I needed my computer back, but this was an absolute scam, from the starting price it tripled the amount I had to pay to get my laptop back, I am not happy with it, and I am sorry but I wouldn’t recommend for lack of transparency.

My Grandson sat on his A14 Samsung and smashed the Glass, i dropped in to iMoble in Bishops Stortford and Awais advised me he could change the Screen no problem , "pop back in half hour" he said, Very good customer service here, i will return im sure. Steve

Staff eager to sell. Some staff easy to talk to until there is a problem with a recent purchased product. They refuse to refund!!! Consumer protection law is being abused and ignored at this company. Much time wasted and much disappointment. We go to these outlets for good advice and hopefully a bargain. Sadly so long as no product problem arises then you might escape hassle.
I’d avoid these people if you intend to spend your hard earned money on a phone. Bad business!!! You have been warned.

Said they could fix a very minor issue on my laptop but kept lying about the progress and never fixed anything. Seemed clueless on how to fix a simple Mac issue, clearly not specialists like they say. Had to take my laptop back after two months of pointless service and find somewhere else. Never communicated with me, even when I asked for updates, and very poor consumer service. Not to be trusted at all.
