I was in a completely desperate situation last year Dec 24, with a fractured screen that had blacked out thereafter. Unfortunately I had flu at the same time. I was immediately acknowledged by staff as I dragged myself in and offered one of the lowest prices to repair it.
It was in a nightmare situation whilst being so unwell. I was trusted as a customer for the screen to be ordered without the normal requirement of a deposit in order to repair my phone as quickly as possible with little no further energy required on my part. I was spoken to with kindness and concern in a personally difficult situation. As I said this was done over the phone and I could go in the next day for repairs, which I did. It took less than 40 minutes to replace my Samsung S24 plus screen. I also got a new sturdy phone case whilst in the store and it is great quality, equally to the replaced screen. I am guarding it with my life now.👀 ☺️

I am extremely grateful to them for walking me through the process, being extremely patient and understandable. A brilliant service and I will definitely bring other technical devices here in the future.

On a separate note.Whilst I was in the store an irritated customer walked in who unfortunately gave her teenager a phone worth £1400. The screen had already been fixed and replaced by them a few day's before and she was extremely happy with the service and repairs at the time. However her daughter dropped it again and she brought the phone back in expecting the business to replace it free of charge, the lady became extremely unpleasant. I was so impressed by the level of calm and concise information that was being offered to her, which due to her rage and her questionable choices she couldn't accept in that moment.
The moral of this story is, if you are giving children these types of phone's then be prepared to pay to repair them, get phone insurance immediately upon purchase or add it to another home insurance. Phone screens are made of delicate glass and if looked at too hard they will break! I suggest thinking about the level of responsibility rather then blaming businesses for what should be a teachable moment for a parent and children.
It is a nightmare situation and could happen at any moment.
Just like with any other expensive glass object sadly they will break easily if not protected and cared for. But at least they can be repaired by someone who knows what they are doing.

Came here to get my phone screen repaired. Within a few minutes after leaving I noticed a fault with the screen. They very kindly fixed this error within a day.

Went in to get my phone screen fixed, was replaced promptly so I will give the business praise for that. Two days later my Face ID stopped working. Went back in to see if they can do anything as it was working completely fine before I handed it over. They refused to help and then stated I could have caused the damage through water damage or dropping my phone. Which is false and not helpful to accuse me for the damage after I came in seeking for help.

Ended up leaving as it became obvious they weren’t going to do anything or even try to help, only talk about the possible faults. They would rather be the problem then help find the solution.

Frankly I’m disappointed by how the whole situation was handled and excepted better from the business.
