I’ve been using In and Out Andover for years and generally found them to be a garage that I could trust, even recently having had nearly £1500 worth of repairs completed on a car. However, last week I needed a battery replacing. I was initially quoted £230 as it was a ‘specialist’ battery. This was then revised to £110 when I questioned this, I also highlighted that I could buy a battery from euro parts for £45 - I was told that euro parts don’t offer them the same batteries, and also charge them more money for the same product as they don’t get a trade discount.

I’m not sure what’s gone on with the management recently, but very disappointed, customer service and level of trust have definitely diminished.

Took my car for an MOT and service. On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff. The garage looked well kept and well equipped.

All work that needed to be done was clearly explained and fairly priced.

All in all a positive experience.
Would definitely recommend 👍

a shame about the garage. I made an appointment for my car because it was making some noise in the engine! and I said to come and see what it was! he said he couldn't come just to make an appointment! ok I made an appointment in a week to let them fix the car! I went to leave the car! he looked under the hood! and he said they couldn't fix it! they said to go to the dealership! so! a garage and a staff of total shame! I don't recommend something like that. Totally disappointed! I wasted a week for nothing!!

Just took my car to in and out autos Andover for an MOT today and the whole process could not have been easier. All of the staff were so lovely. They were on time and they just made the whole process stress free. I would highly recommend

This garage beat everyone on prices for work I needed doing for me to pass an mot. Staff were so accommodating and kept me informed at all times. I cannot recommend this garage enough and went well beyond my expectations. Staff extremely friendly and explained everything and so happy with the overall costs. Very transparent on costs will never do anything without contacting customer first.

The team here are ignorant, manipulative and lie they don’t communicate and caused more damage to our car than good. They make it out as if everything is fine but only to be bad news. They blag about the hard work and Labour they put in and to try make you feel guilty when actually they take the mick and leave it all to last minute. They also try charge you more than what it’s actual worth is via £100 or £200. Since the new staff come in the work quality and efficacy has gone down hill drastically.

Had an interim service yesterday and some repairs needed to be done. Very friendly service with great communication when doing the repairs and can't fault the result of the repairs either. Overall, very happy with the process from start to finish and would happily recommend to anyone.
