Booked MOT online. Turned up 20 minutes early and was told that there was a system error and that slot was already booked on a different system. They booked me in for the day after which was very annoying. They were fine and although there were no issues. I'd probably book elsewhere next time.

Fantastic customer service at Wigan In N Out Garage. Speedy, efficient and super helpful. The best customer service I have experienced at a Garage. Anthony in particular is outstanding. He is always really helpful and reassuring and gets the job resolved very quickly. He is a really great ambassador for the company. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went down without an appointment on Christmas Eve to get my car checked after someone had bumped into it. One of the 2 gentleman there invited me to have a coffee while the younger gentleman checked the car to make sure it was roadworthy . He confirmed the car was roadworthy. When I asked the cost he said no charge &wished me merry Christmas. What a lovely Christmas present. Made my day.

I have done several MOTs with them for different cars, and they have correctly identified issues, such as a faulty fog light switch in my KIA or worn bearings. I was happy to carry out these repairs myself, as they were accurately spotted.

However, for my Fiesta, I am now looking to get the MOT done elsewhere. Last year, I had it tested at IN'n'Out, and while it passed, they recommended unnecessary repairs.

They advised replacing new brake discs and an entire suspension assembly. While I fully understand the importance of safety, replacing parts that are in good working condition or brand new is unreasonable and leads to unnecessary costs.

They used to have good mechanics, but based on recent reviews, it seems they need to improve the training of their current staff. I may reconsider in the future and update my review accordingly.

First time using this place and it will be the last. I only tried here as a change due to it being so close to my house. Booked in for MOT, failed on a list of things including bulbs, wiper blades, tyre repair and rear brakes. Quotes £580 to pass MOT. Asked a reputable mechanic the next day for a quote from them & was charged £380, In & out advised my front brakes needed to be changed as they are worn, but the mechanic advised they were 10% worn & there was nothing wrong with them. There was no nail in the tyre, it was just jammed in between the tread mark, tried to charge me £25 for puncture repair. Absolutely con artist. Not surprised they called me the next day asking was I taking it back to them for them to repair. To be fair I blame myself everyone knows to avoid these places. £45 well spent on a MOT that will learn me a very valuable lesson.

Never going back there again. . Came for mot they told me its faill straight away because my side windows look tinted. Asked them to use tint testing machine but they don't have it. So long story short I lost my money for mot my time to go there just becouse they can't be asked to do their job .
