Absolutely awful. I needed a battery replacement. Quote was high so I said I would move on. Price was suddenly reduced by £15. First replacement battery was quickly draining and battery health was only 80% (either used or incorrect battery) After going back I was told They would order one. Finally fitted and fine. Unfortunately some phone functions had stopped working including the ear piece. So I couldn’t hear anything. Gave up with them, went to the amazing Loughborough Phone Repairs who opened the phone and showed me the damaged cable which had been cut during the replacement.

My phone issue was charging port was not working and battery was draining very quickly.

On my way to Instafix I popped into another phone shop to get an idea of quote. The other shop quoted me for a new battery and new charging port.

I then went into Instafix. Muhammed said he would clean the charging port and see if there was any debris stuck inside once he opens the phone. He would replace the battery at the same time. He needed an hour to do the repairs.

When I came back after an hour he said there was an issue with the motherboard and he had replaced my charging port but the issue lied elsewhere.

I asked him what do I owe him for looking into my phone. He said 'no charge as we couldn't fix the issue.'

What an honest guy- absolutely brilliant!

He could have charged me for a new battery and I would have paid it as that's what I had agreed with him before I left the phone with him.

Muhammad clearly cares about his customers and is not interested in ripping them off.

Genuine guy who I wish every success in the future.

Excellent repair. We had a couple of miscommunications about when the repair would be finished (parts availability was the issue, I believe), but when I expressed my concern the chap in the shop did his very best to speed things up for me. In the end everything was done pretty quickly. I'm very happy with the result. Thanks, team!
