Great place, I would definitely go there again since it was so much better than my previous experience with a repair (different issue). I felt comfortable leaving my water-damaged macbook there for diagnosing and then trying to fix it. Clear and reliable communication at each step, seemed clearly very knowledgable, and things didn’t take long overall. The issues turned out too deep to fix (I should probably have brought it in earlier when my macbook wouldn't turn on for a full day and would run the fan at max power), but to my surprise, the guy there didn’t want payment for the work since the issue wasn’t solved. I had to get a new laptop but at least I know I had explored all the recommended repair/troubleshooting steps.

He doesn't sell vapes, he's just a damn good tech who knows how devices work and how to fix them and has a passion for doing things properly. I would recommend this guy for repairs over other local 'phone shops'!

A very positive experience dealing with this lovely fella when my daughters Nintendo Switch console failed to charge. Gave me an idea of the potential issue and cost of repair just by my explanation before taking it in for closer inspection. Dropped it in to him, half an hour later he'd confirmed the problem so left it with him to repair. Had a message the next day to say it was ready to pick up.
So glad to have found someone local who I have complete confidence in with our tech when it goes wrong. I'll be recommending to everyone!

True service and real help!
Dropped my phone badly and couldn't charge it properly at all.
Took it to the guy behind the desk, he heard me out and fixed it in 2-3 minutes, as it was such a quick job, he denied payment. I truly recommend this place for technical fixes!

Excellent service - helped me with my Apple Watch strap which was stuck. Persevered to sort it - much more patience than me when I tried to do it. Didn’t want paying either even though it took 20 minutes. Obviously I did the right thing! Would definitely use again.
