Been a while since I dealt with them, but I really should have left a 1 star review to warn people to STAY AWAY from this place. My phone screen broke so went to have it replaced with them and they assured me that the screen was genuine. Well flash forward later and my phone screen was fixed...but not with a genuine screen. It had this weird yellow tint and my front camera was all messed up. I went back to speak with them to demand my money back and they said they did everything right...which they did not! Was completely ripped off and will never go back.

Excellent service! Replaced a phone screen quickly, but when the phone faulted the next day, (not their fault) they issued a full refund.

Terrible service. I left my MacBook for touchpad measurement twice. They kept it for two months and never called me to say that they were waiting for a spare part. When I called them, they made up some fairy tales. Also, when I came to pick up my MacBook, the employee was rude to me and refused to give the MacBook back, even threatened with the police. When I finally picked up my computer, since a lot of time had passed and they hadn't done anything, I found a scratch on the screen and the back cover was not closed correctly. They wasted a lot of my time and nerves and made things even worse. Liars and scumbags! Never use this service!

Had a phone that needed a new battery. Was told I had just missed the order for this week but the battery would be on the next order. Paid upfront and was given a receipt.
After a week and a half I had heard nothing so rang them on the mobile and got an answerphone, no answer on the landline either. Emailed them through the website (got a receipt of the email), no response.
Finally got through on the phone to be told they had lost my number. It was on the receipt, the email and answerphone.
Poor communication for a phone repair company.
They did fit the battery though, so two stars, not one.

BEFORE READING: if anyone has similar experiences PLEASE get in touch with me as I have a plan to start legal proceedings against them for good this time, but I need more people, so please contact me if you have experienced their poor workmanship too!

Below i have put photos and videos of my phone, there are black lines going across the screen and little white dots, along with my screen not responding to touch, only the volume and power button worked.

these people will fix your phone screen and then it will break a couple months later and blame it on you! MEANWHILE apple and other stores have said that its because it is a fake screen and the phone realizes its not a genuine part!

I dealt with Sha when I came here and he was very condescending making it seem that he is smarter than everyone telling me that the screen would not stop working because its fake meanwhile every apple store I went to and every apple authorized dealer i went to told me the same thing!

he kept calling me young lady and telling me he spent many years studying how to replace a good screen! this is such a LIE! When my phone broke and I tried to talk to them about it telling them I contacted consumers advice, they got so scared they blocked my number. I did not continue to pursue this matter as I am in university and do not have time for them and their lies! I have so many audio recordings of them contradicting themselves and flat out lying and being rude.

I went back and forth with them trying to get them to replace my screen free of cost as that is what their policy says! It says if there is no physical damage to the screen they will do a free replacement! I told them this and Sha said, that I probably did something to the phone and that they their website is updating, again lies! like how do i purposefully stop making my screen work. This incident has made me loose all my photos off my iphone because the screen kept entering the wrong password.

SO MANY people have issues similar to me and they do not even bother responding to make it right. It is funny every time there is a bad review I see good reviews with barely any description posted afterwards. It is like they are trying to flush all the bad reviews to the bottom and increase their stars.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! they are liars, talk to you in a condescending manner, will ruin your phone and you will need to end up paying more to get it done properly at apple! It is worth it to spend the extra pounds and get it done correctly then deal with these INCOMPETENT MEN!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! GO NEXT DOOR TO SELECT (an apple authorized dealer) AND GET YOUR STUFF SORTED OUT THERE PROPERLY!

when it comes to replacing a screen, or just replacing/fixing anything on your phone/laptop/ipad go elsewhere I BEG you do not waste your time and money with them. These people are borderline THIEVES and should be shut down for their SHADY business they run. Take peoples money, lie to them that it is a good part, meanwhile it will stop working in due course.

asked to speak with the manager multiple times and Sha kept making excuses as to why he was not there or why he did not call back!

I wouldn’t recommend using this shop!

They replaced an iPhone screen but in less than 2 weeks it became defective with a line appearing down the side out of the blue. Within days the whole screen stopped working! (It had both a protective screen cover and case and there had been no damage to the phone)

I took it back expecting the screen to be replaced under warranty however the shop refused and made completely false claims about damage events to the phone despite having no evidence or there being any visible signs!

They had clearly sold me a defective screen or not fitted it correctly

Do not use this shop!! I wish I had read some of the other reviews before I did
