This place gets five stars for service, know how and friendliness. They solved all my complicated phone issues and never made me feel like I couldn't ask them to help me understand. I really appreciated their approachability and of course getting speedy resolutions to my problems. I'm glad to see they also repair laptops, gaming consoles, tablets and computers and I won't hesitate to use them again for any of those items.

A Miracle Repair Beyond All Expectations.. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! walked in with what thought was a completely hopeless case but a method of repair was found. Very happy with the result.

Had my phone fixed as my sim card can is not recognized and my screen got issues. When I gave my phone to them around 1pm, the guy said it should be ready in 2 hours. Rang them around 5pm but said it will be ready next day. I had to go to work next day so I was not able to get it. 2 days after, went to collect my phone but the guy told me they couldn't fix it. So I was literally without a phone for 2 days and when I collected it, it was still not fixed. So really disappointed wasted 60 pounds for nothing

Great service. Got a screen protector (for an old model of phone which I wasn't sure they'd even have) for £5, and they removed the old one and put the new one on for me. Friendly and helpful 🙂

Edited to add: a couple of weeks after buying the screen protector, I fell with my phone in my pocket and completely smashed the protector and screen beyond repair. Having seen some used phones for sale, I rang iRepair guys and asked if they had anything within my budget. They had nothing in store but contacted their other site in town and had a phone brought over within an hour, and lowered the price slightly when they heard what had happened. I fell at 2pm, and by 7pm I was on a train using tickets I'd bought on the trainline app - this was only possible thanks to their speedy service and the good quality of the used phone I bought. Thanks again!

They are probably just a phone repair shop or they can do something which is not very technical. I had a dead battery in my galaxy book 3 laptop, could have changed myself but not sure why I thought I'll take it to professionals. After changing the price a couple of times and keeping the laptop for 2 weeks, they came with a ridiculous claim that it wasn't the battery but the AC charging port problem and they tried getting the part from all over the country. Anyway, I said okay I'll take the laptop back. Luckily I had someone in a different city who could check that for me, and took it to them. They checked the port and everything and found only the battery needed replacing. Replaced the faulty battery a couple of weeks ago and everything is working fine.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Save your money. Shocking service, weeks of back and forth. Coming up with loads of excuses, and then when they mess something up the response is ' we can't keep every customer happy that's just business, we can't do anything about it.' Was denied to speak to the manager several times, worst customer service I've probably ever experienced. Would not recommend at all, made the issue worse than when I brought my device in.

Brilliant service! I called to see if they could fit a new battery in my son’s phone, they said they could and after dropping the phone off a little later that day, the new battery was fitted within the hour and with a 6 month guarantee.
