Extremely poor assistance I went in to the shop about 1.5 months ago to get my laptop fixed because it had a battery issue. They said they will return it after two hours, but they kept delaying for 37 days. Finally, after 37 days, they gave me the laptop and said it was only halfway done and needed a new charger. They took 60 pounds from me on the promise that they would provide me charger after a day and will give me discount on that charger. It has been 15 days since I visited the shop, and the guy was so unprofessional that he didn't even apologise and simply said, why don't you place an Amazon order for it? I'm not here to give out charges.I am extremely irritated and speechless at the treatment I received, and I would never suggest this store to anyone.shame!! Here is the attachment of the bill I received

I had a great experience with ismart , and I went in to repair my laptop. The service was fantastic, and the store manager was great in terms of advising on how my laptop should be repaired and provided it at an economical cost so that it was still worth paying for the repair. I was also served by his technician, Adeel, who delivered the repair to a great standard
