Heads up. Took phone in for screen repair. After repair the phone microphone stopped working in certain configurations. Took it back. Told nothing to do with the repair. OK...my word against yours, rubbish customer service but never the less I'll accept it, what else can I do.....and then 24 hours later the screen goes completely blank. Unusable phone. I literally can't be bothered to go back and explain statutory rights to the gentleman in store. Nor can I be bothered to explain consumer rights. Not withstanding they certainly don't know even the basics on either. What I will say is that it seems like a good business to me, just stick a screen on, take the money, then say nothing to do with me. Excellent business model 👏..well done. Avoid for screen repair.

I have an old phone however it was in perfect condition apart form the battery. it would die fast so I came to this shop to buy a new battery. I got there, and the guy said he would fix it and come back in 30 minutes when I arrived he hadn't fixed my phone but instead tried to sell me a new phone. I would have asked for a new phone when I arrived if I wanted a new phone. anyway, when I declined, I was told I had to wait another 20 minutes for my phone to be fixed. so again I went back to this time be told he couldn't put a new battery in my phone and had put my old one back in and my phone apparently needed new parts ordering to work. Well, my phone hasn't worked since. It won't switch on and is just completely dead and won't do anything. it had been on charge for over 10 hours, a new charger was tried and nothing, so clearly whatever the guy who served me did has broken it as it worked perfectly before I took it here. I am now without a phone as I can't afford a new one hence me just wanting a battery replacement in the first place.
