What a delightful experience from this shop. Pleasant, informative, helpful, professional, and decisive. Our Google 4a warranted the free battery replacement, within a jiffy he'd got us sorted and booked in, glad to have been helpful. I'd take my phone there again whichever brand I had. This shop is my goto for getting my and my family’s pixels repaired. The staff are friendly and expert at what they do. They work diligently to fix the phone as quickly as they can and when they have had to order parts they kept me updated frequently. Have had 5 different pixel phones fixed by them over the last few years and I can’t fault their service. If they can’t fix the phone they offer reasonably priced refurbished phones as well.

Took my flattened phone to ismash tonight expecting the worse the very professional gent managed to get a screen on the remains and got it back alive just long enough to transfer the apps and pics to the new phone absolutely legend super fast and very good on price definitely will use again.

Very good service. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful in guiding me through all the transfer of data before the change was made and what would happen and I picked the phone up on the time promised. Would definitely use them again.

Got a battery replaced in my old phone which has really given it a new lease of life. Attention to detail and service from staff was great. Only downside is it took longer than expected as they had to wait for confirmation from Google who were paying for the fix, which isn't the fault of anyone at ismash. Ultimately I'm really happy with the service 😀

A friend recommended this place to me, and I'm glad I came. I brought my iPhone X in for a battery replacement. The entire process was simple and quick. The young man who assisted us was very friendly and provided clear explanations. He completed the repair within the specified time. This phone repair shop and the young man left a very good impression. Apologies for not remembering his name clearly as I wasn't wearing my glasses, but it was something like "Adran." Thank you.

My phone wouldn’t charge tried fixing it multiple times my self and nothing was working. Came into the shop and a staff member managed to fix it in 2 minutes. Amazing! Highly recommend!
