Avoid this company if you value your money, peace and time. I sent my pixel phone to have a battery replacement, paid online and got sent a box for my phone. Their communication was horrible, even getting error emails about my phone needing additional repairs before I sent it in. I had to ask them about any updates of my phone to which they replied about possibly needing to change my charging port as well (even though it worked great before). I asked them to give me more information on this additional repair, how much it would cost and nothing. No reply. Got sent a payment request AFTER they 'repaired' my phone and sadly I did pay it to get my phone back. The charging port was filthy so I really doubt they replaced it. My battery worked the same before and after the 'replacement'. Customer service says they're sorry for 'perceived lack of communication' and that I should send my phone back to their scamming hands for inspection! If you want to get scammed out of your money or fight them in court about it I recommend them. Now I'm left with the same phone that I paid £100 to get headaches for.

NICK, was absolutely brilliant! I came in at 5 pm and it was just half an hour ahead of closing. He was so kind as to take a look at my phone. I had an issue with the lcd panel and so I needed a screen replacement. While looking at my phone, he updated me regularly as to what he had found which was so nice and helpful of him. My phone was bought as a refurbished phone from eBay and it turns out the battery wasn’t sealed down properly, the tabs were not in great condition and there was no seal on the inside of the phone around the edges.

He fixed everything and now it’s as good as new! He let me know about the offer for a phone case, screen protector and 12 months free warranty for screen repairs that was available which seems like a really good deal.

I will definitely be back to sort out the rear camera for my phone next time!

Best I smash you could go too, service is amazing they get to the point and get the job done fast. Store manager shahid very helpful and understanding, after my phone not being repaired properly at another Ismash took it to them under warranty they apologies for the issues and got my phone fixed within 1 hour.

Highly recommended! If you need repair your device , you can't find better place for that ! Such as kind guys there ! You can stay there and have sit , wait for your device . There is a canteen, so you can order something for drink or eat during waiting time. No worries, it doesn't take forever. One hour maximum I've been waiting. If it's something wrong, they are happy to fixed it immediately. Thank you so much guys, it was a pleasure for me ! Do what you do, because you do it excellent 👌 all the best !

this is the worst mobile phone repair service. I wanted to replace the camera on my iPhone, they said that they have a spare part, but it has already been sold. They said that they will look, maybe it is not the camera. When they started to disassemble the phone, they could not unscrew one screw and said that it needs to be sawed off. after one hour of waiting, they brought my phone to me and said that they could not do anything because the camera needed to be replaced. as a result, I received my phone with a damaged case from the angle grinder (they said that I still carry the phone in a case anyway ), one screw is half unscrewed (they were never able to unscrew it) and the protective glass was removed from the screen. and they still demanded money from me for the work, although they should have offered me compensation for the damaged case. then I went to another service where I got it all repaired. avoid this place, the workers are not professionals
