Called and spoke to a gentleman regards replacement of iphone xs screen among other queries at Buchanan street branch today and both on phone and then in-person when went to the store just after the call, incredible knowledge, politeness and professionalism from the chap. I forgot the chaps name however I think he was the manager. Just super knowledgeable, helpful, explaining everything, step by step, clear & concise, (spoke better English than me) and his knowledge was expert yet also humble & informative. Amazing customer service. Had it done within 30minutes of entering the store, now it is like a new phone. No surprises, highly recommend these guys & this store. Every chap in the workbench was eager to help and clearly all are a highly skilled team. First time customer today and now a customer for life. will be taking my other devices to these guys in future. A+, top class hence my review as soon as I got home. Back in September I dropped my phone and I started to see the screen go black in the top left corner of my Pixel 8. It was creeping along for two months slowly eating away more of the screen. I was quoted nearly £190 to have it fixed here in Salisbury. While on a trip to Glasgow I dropped in and was quoted at £90!!! Literally half the price back home. I dropped off the phone the next day and within 35 minutes the screen was replaced and working perfectly!

A few days later I left down and was having an issue and reached back out. The owner promptly replied to me via email and made the situation right without pause!

Truly a first class business and if you live in Glasgow or are visiting and have the need to get your screen repaired, let these folks handle it. You will be so thankful to have it taken care of for a very reasonable price!

Had appointment today for replacement battery for a Google Pixel 4. Service was excellent and repair completed within a timescale that let me get home in plenty of time to get my granddaughter from school. My 91 year old Mum was delighted that I could return her phone within 4 hours.

Google had told me I could get my battery fixed under warranty here - they were mistaken. However, iSmash made me aware of a shop that would fix it under warranty. I thought this was so kind of them to ensure I wasn't having to be out of pocket for an issue that could be resolved for free. Sadly the other shop couldn't fix my phone until 5 days later. iSmash had my phone fixed the same day! I was very happy to pay the fair price to get my battery fixed and my phone is back in wonderful condition. I would absolutely suggest this be anyone's number one choice when seeking to fix any of their devices.
