I had a fantastic experience today at iSmash in Kingston. I was helped by Neda, who was quick and efficient. I expected to wait up to an hour but she completed the repair in 5 minutes. I'm very happy and would absolutely recommend this store!

I phone needed a new battery. Booked online and received a further £10 discount to the advertised price, which was half the price at Apple. Neda was expecting me and within 30 minutes I was good to go. Can’t comment on quality of battery yet as only a few hours old. My wife’s phone was playing up in the earpiece department and after 5 minutes and £15 is as good as new. A good trip to Kingston

Had what I thought a cracked screen for 3 weeks and made a claim through insurance for it to be fixed at iSmash, Kingston. I arrived 45 mins late and was politely greeted by Niko. He looked at my phone and, to my delight, discovered that it was the protective screen that was broken and not the actual screen. I had a spare protective screen in my pocket that I’d hoped they would apply upon fixing my phone. Niko applied it there and then at no extra cost.
A lovely outcome. Great facility. Fantastic staff.

Fantastic service from ismash Kingston.
I Booked an iPhone 12 to have the charging port replaced as my iphone wouldn’t charge correctly, The guy at the counter plugged in a cable and said immediately the port just needs cleaning and not replacing, So instead of costing me £49 it was £15 for the clean, its not often you come across such honesty these days so 10/10 from me.

I brought in my iPhone for a screen repair, and they were able to fix it under warranty with no hassle and free of charge . Had a very complicated issue in repairing my screen and transferring my data onto another phone. The Apple Store Kingston were unable to help (my fault as couldn’t remember my passwords)
I then went to iSmash, they managed to recover all my data and solved my issues through a very long winded process. Niko and Moo who work there were amazing, couldn’t have been more helpful and knew exactly what to do when any hurdles occurred. Could not recommend them enough! Thank you for your help guys👍🏼
