Terrible service really struggled to get in touch with them they just don't answer the phone. Made a booking then got informed we needed something else which would be 3 to 5 days. They still haven't contacted me and they take over 5 days to respond to any email this was over 4 weeks ago now. Also had a screen protector fit to another phone which after 3 weeks had dust under it and stopped my phone from working properly. Took it back and they just tried to sell me another one which would only last about a month. The price was more for the second one as well? Wouldn't trust this company to repair anything and I won't be using them in the future had to find another company to do the repairs as I am still waiting for a response from the head office.

These guys are amazing. Smashed my phone screen the night before and turned up the next day. They replaced the whole screen within 1 hour🤩. Whereas other repair stores that wanted me to leave my phone with them for 2 weeks🙄

The lads in the shop opened their shutters for my son and I as the store just about to close. Gave me some great advice but given the nature of the problem advised booking online. Mrs L was back into Leeds for a hair appointment the following week. Able to book a convenient slot at a keen price. They were expecting her. Fixed it when they said they would for the price quoted online (only deposit taken online). Feedback from Mrs L was polite but good banter. Feedback from son is that it’s good as new. Feedback from Dad happy wife and kids = happy life. Used before with decent experience but you have gained another two ambassadors.

Abu was knowledgeable and attentive, quickly diagnosing the issue with my phone. He explained the repair process clearly and assured me it would be done promptly. True to his word, the repair was completed within the hour, and I left the shop satisfied with both the service and the competitive pricing. I highly recommend visiting this shop for any mobile repairs; their customer service is top-notch!

Absolutely brilliant service. I went to sort my Pixel 8 phone with a broken screen. Guys at iSmash went above and beyond not only to fix my screen, but also fix other issues I had with the phone.

Highly recommended, don't think I'd go anywhere else in Leeds to fix things.

I just came with my ipad and its screen protector to let them put it for me. Abu was very nice guy we had a lovely conversation about my country. His work of putting my screen protector was so gentle and didn’t charge me any pounds

Been here twice, once for battery replacement and second for charging port cleaning. Can’t fault the service, they’re quick and good value compared to others in the city. Repairs have been carried out to a high standard and have solved the issues I’ve had both times. Staff are really friendly. Really pleased with the service each time, would definitely recommend and I’ll be using them again for any phone issues.

Visited iSmash in Leeds last month for a battery replacement under Google's warranty programme.

Ghufran was polite and professional, and did a great job. The work was done in under 2 hours, the phone returned to me looking like new, and most importantly the battery life been great since.

Will definitely use them again if I need any other phone repairs.
