I visited the location and was greeted by Marian. I tried to phone up to see availability but there was no response. I walked in and it was a busy day for themselves though my Pixel 7A battery was replaced in less than 3 hours. Plenty of things and shops around to waste time in the meanwhile. Very reasonably priced too and a very clean and good quality job completed. Located within the sky store, and they accept cash and card payments.

Very good service! I had a Google pixel 7a with a swollen battery that iSmash helped me to replace. He was very upfront and straightforward with me about the practicalities of fixing my old phone versus buying a new one which I appreciated. I was able to purchase a replacement phone from him that was on par if not better than my previous phone for a very reasonable price, as well as helping me transfer all my data from my old phone to my new device. The member of staff I spoke with was very friendly, allowing me to wait on a sofa in the shop as my new phone charged. Very satisfied with my service, would thoroughly recommend.

We were visiting Liverpool for the weekend and had previously been to multiple local shops to get a quote for a screen repair, most of them we felt a lack of confidence in their knowledge and capabilities, so decided to try iSmash while in the city. We went in approx 2pm and spoke to Marian, who was able to advise us what the issue was in more detail than we had previously been told (from the other five shops we had asked), advised us that he had both the genuine apple screen and after market screen available and upfront cost. He was serving a few other customers at this point so kindly asked if we could return a few hours later. We came back around 5pm and left him with the phone until 6pm. The phone looks perfect, all the bright lines have gone (there were a lot!!) and it works like brand new!! The price was the second cheapest of all the other quotes we’d had, but with incredible service and a lifetime warranty that was more than worth it. I can’t thank Marian enough, he was so professional and knowledgeable, we felt in very safe hands!! definitely recommend!

Can't fault this service. Booked in the next day for my Pixel 8 screen replacement. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and over £100 cheaper than any other quote I was given! What's the catch, well I can see - bargain! Will be back (hopefully not that soon though). P.s. it's at the back of the Sky store, on the ground floor of Liverpool one

Booked appointment online was quick and easy. On arrival I was greeted by staff. Thorough inspection of the phone.
Battery issue confirmed. Returned and hour later all fixed! Thank you so much.

I have used iSmash for repairs by postal order several times but this was first time walking in by appointment.
I went to iSmash at Liverpool One.

Marian there was super helpful, very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly giving options to consider if my phone couldn't be repaired in the end, provided options on how they could try and extract the data stored locally on the phone and transfer to new device. Thankfully, my phone could be repaired.

Overall, it was a very good experience with iSmash. Very pleased and price was reasonable for the level of customer service provided. I actually came in second time because first time I came in the spare part hadn't arrived to the workshop but iSmash didn't notify by e-mail or anything. I came in second time and Marian gave me discount to make up for that slight inconvenience.

Great service. Went to EE to try and get my Google pixel 6 display fixed, they tried to tell me I needed a whole new phone. Booked a repair at iSmash and got my display fixed on the same day, great customer service from both the employees, got discount and discounted screen protector.
