I made an appointment with iSmash for a phone screen repair. I only had to wait a few days for the appointment. Lorenzo repaired my screen within the hour whilst was I was having coffee in the coffee shop up the road. Lorenzo was quick, efficient and very professional. In all, he is a lovely person. And very helpful and polite. He knows so much. I can recommend iSmash and Lorenzo for mobile phone repairs. I know where to go in future.

Unreliable. A real waste of time waiting for the appointment and on the day. I had an appointment to replace a battery booked for several weeks, and made a special trip in to Nottingham for it, only to be told he decided to take a half day. I'd had a missed call but no messages were left and there was no reply to my repeated attempts to call back. Disappointing.
