Amazing service, I would highly recommend. I was seen really quickly and my laptop was fixed within hours (recovered data from broken hard drive, fitted replacement hard drive). Really good value- cost was a fraction of what I was quoted at another local place, as well as the service being much faster. Friendly service, explained things nicely to me. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Gave explanations, discussed options and never gave it the big sell. Genuinely wanted to help us find solutions. Avoid at all cost !! I took my laptop for service there for the first time since I bought it as it had few issues. They fixed it in few weeks time. Now after few months I took it for another service somewhere else and they told me that few parts from original laptop are missing. Same goes for few screws and wires. It had been also poorly put together. My new engineer was shocked that it even worked for that long. This service masked missing parts with others to make it work. If you ever plan to have working laptop take it somewhere else. They are stealing from you and you won't even know it until it's too late. I hope whoever is reading this will be more fortunate than I was.

Tony was absolutely excellent in helping me when my laptop died. He immediately diagnosed the problem and advised on next steps. Which sadly meant I needed a replacement laptop.
Tony extracted the data from the dead laptop and inputted it onto the new laptop so I was all set up and ready to go.
Despite this taking ages, his charges were very reasonable and he provided a lot of help and support along the way. All in the friendliest of ways.
I would unhesitatingly recommend Tony and have already done so to my neighbours!
