I used IT made simple Ltd a few weeks ago. My computer was switced off during a windows update. The computer was inoperable after this.

IT made simple 'Chris' was a huge help. They took the computer away and returned it the next day all working quicker and with my precious files. Thank you very much - very professional

I thought i needed a repair for an old lap top but discussed my user requirements with Chris & he advised me i would be better buying a new refurb especially for windows 11. He helped me to design something for my use and quoted me a good price with 12 month warranty. To be honest i could not tell it was refurb the finish looks as new. Its fast and gets the job i need done. Wouldn't hesitate tp recommend Chris and have told my friends about this service !

I chose Chris because his feedback was positive and when he called and spoke to me, I felt like he understood what I wanted. He picked the laptop up on Friday and returned it today - it's running like a new machine (actually better than when I originally bought it) and Chris did everything he said he would. The price was more than reasonable and the support provided with regard to questions was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him if you need some work done.

Chris was a great help when my HDD failed. He came out quickly to look and sent it off to recover my data. Kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Data was able to be saved and came back to install a new SSD with a portable for backing up (must learn from my mistake!). Excellent service. Thank you!

I needed to change from my very old desktop system to a new laptop, transferring a lot of information across - way beyond my technophobe skills. I contacted IT Made Simple and Chris (together with one of his business associates) put me at ease straight away, talking me through it all in language I could understand and actively discouraging me from spending more than I needed to. Once it was all agreed, Chris came and set up the new system. All done from first contact to up and running in a couple of weeks and very reassuring to know that Chris is only a 'phone call/email away if there's anything I don't understand. Great job, highly recommended.
